I have reviewed the regulations for auditors’ approval of companies regulated by the Financial Services Authority issued by FSA pursuant to administrative decision No. 9/2004, and I undertake to commit by what is stated therein.

No sentence or decision by any regulatory body or judicial authority is issued against the Office to prevent its right to practice the profession or to sentence it to any sanctions or penalties resulting from professional mistakes or legal violations unless the prescribe penalty has expired.
